No Refunds, Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we do offer exchanges under specific circumstances.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be accepted in cases where the wrong item has been sent to you. This includes instances of receiving the wrong color, size, or design compared to the item you originally ordered. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we are committed to rectifying these errors promptly.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The exchange request must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the item.
  2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  4. The requested exchange must be for the exact item originally ordered.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the exact item is no longer in stock, we will do our best to offer you a suitable alternative or provide a store credit.

All Sales Final

Apart from the exchange scenarios mentioned above, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons other than receiving the wrong item as stated in our policy.

How to Initiate an Exchange

If you believe you have received the wrong item and would like to request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@tonystshirts.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item.

Shipping Costs

If an exchange is approved due to our error in sending the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the incorrect item and sending the correct item to you.
