Tony’s T-Shirts operates a strict NO REFUNDS policy. All sales are final.

Our Print-on-Demand Process

Tony’s T-Shirts specializes in custom print-on-demand products, which means that all items are unique and produced only after you place your order. Each t-shirt is specially made just for you, which is why we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection
  • Wrong color choice
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Design preferences

Please double-check your size, color, and design choices before completing your purchase.

Quality Issues – Our Responsibility

While we maintain a NO REFUNDS policy, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product with:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, wrong design, etc.)
  • Damage during shipping (tears, stains, etc.)
  • Significant printing errors

We will provide a free replacement product if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Report Quality Issues

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage:

  1. Contact us at returns@tonystshirts.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue
  4. No need to return the defective item – keep it or dispose of it

Multiple Item Issues

If you ordered multiple items with the same design and several have issues, please provide a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for faster processing.

Print Placement Standards

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, we maintain professional standards with a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this range are normal and not considered defects.

Shipping Issues

In case of delivery problems:

  • Lost packages: We’ll work with you to resolve with the shipping carrier
  • Damaged packages: Report within 14 days with photos for replacement consideration
  • Wrong delivery address: If you provided an incorrect address, we cannot offer replacement or refund

What We Cannot Replace

We cannot provide replacements for:

  • Size issues due to customer error in selection
  • Color differences between your screen and actual product
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Damage caused by customer after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper care
